Floor Plans & Google Street View
Help prospects understand the space instantly, then expand discovery with Google visibility that keeps working over time.
Floor plans reduce friction. They give people a fast, scannable understanding of layout, flow, and scale so they can self-qualify before a showing, a lease tour, or a site visit. When paired with Google Street View, your space becomes easier to find, easier to explore, and more likely to convert local search into real foot traffic and inquiries.
This is a powerful combination for professional real estate, retail, galleries, venues, and operators who want both clarity and reach, without making the viewer work for it.

Optional room labels for faster orientation and usability

Step 1: Share the Portfolio + The Goal
Tell us the location list (or a sample set), approximate sizes, and what the assets will be used for—marketing, facilities, insurance, progress tracking, or documentation.
We’ll confirm access requirements, site hours, and any standards your team needs (naming, file formats, reporting). -
Step 2: Build a Repeatable Capture Plan
We propose a simple cadence and playbook: what gets captured at every site, what’s optional, and what triggers a re-capture (renovations, tenant turns, claims, milestones).
You get a single point of contact, consistent quality control, and a schedule designed to reduce operational disruption. -
Step 3: Deliver Once, Then Scale
We package each site the same way—clean links, organized files, and stakeholder-ready outputs—so your team can onboard fast and move without rework.
Pricing is structured to be easy to approve: clear tiers, volume breaks where appropriate, and scope-based quoting for technical deliverables.

Standard timelines are predictable. Rush options are available when access and scope allow.
-
Most projects follow a consistent capture-to-delivery timeline. Once we confirm access, size, and deliverables, we’ll lock in a schedule window and deliver a clear turnaround expectation in writing.
Typical turnaround varies by service and scope:
• 3D Tours, photos, and standard floor plans: commonly delivered within 24–72 hours after capture (many projects land in 48 hours)
• Video deliverables: timing depends on edit complexity and revisions
• Scan-to-BIM / CAD and technical documentation:scope-based, with milestones aligned to LOD, coverage, and coordination needs
Rush delivery may be available for time-sensitive projects when the site is ready, access is smooth, and the requested outputs support expedited processing.
Scheduling notes:
• A confirmed time window helps reduce disruption and keeps your operations moving
• Multi-site and portfolio work can be scheduled as a repeatable cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or milestone-based)
Pricing FAQ
Quick clarity on what’s included, what affects price, and how quoting works.
-
Most packages are starting at prices based on typical scope and property size tiers. Final pricing is confirmed once we verify address, access, total area, and deliverables.
-
We price by the total interior area captured (and sometimes total deliverable scope). If the actual size differs from what was shared, we’ll adjust to the correct tier before finalizing.
-
On-site capture includes arrival, setup, capture of agreed areas, and secure upload/processing. If the project requires after-hours access, escorts, complex access coordination, or extended time on site, that may affect the quote.
-
Tour links are shareable and deliverables are packaged for handoff. Professional hosting by our team is optional (great for teams that want everything handled end-to-end). Hosting options are listed in Add-Ons / Upgrades.
-
Yes. If your project is straightforward, we can confirm the tier quickly. For technical work (Scan-to-BIM/CAD, documentation, enterprise workflows), we quote after confirming LOD, coverage, and deliverables.
-
Most standard projects deliver 24–72 hours after capture (many land in 48 hours). Larger projects, video edits, and technical documentation vary by scope. Rush options may be available.
-
Yes. If you have multiple locations or recurring needs, we can structure volume pricing and a repeatable capture cadence, with standardized deliverables across sites.
-
Common add-ons include schematic floor plans, Google Street View, extra stills, Mattertags, rush delivery, drone exterior, and video upgrades. We’ll recommend only what supports your goal.
-
Address + approximate size, intended use (marketing / documentation / insurance / facilities), access notes, and the deliverables you need. If you’re unsure, tell us the goal, we’ll map the right package.
